Ricardo Leyva Prayer Letter: Two Good Months! The month of October was a wonderful month! I spent the month visiting people who had gotten saved this year. I gave them a more detailed explanation of what salvation means. Most people were shocked to know that salvation can’t be lost. After I asked others if they believed when they asked Jesus to saved them, some said, “No.” So, I went through the plan of salvation again, and they asked Jesus to save them and meant it. Amen! On two occasions, I led other family members or friends who were present to the Lord. Amen!

November was also another good month! The gasoline scarcity was “normalized.” The Cuban government gave priority to buses and taxicabs. So, I am back on the bus. Amen! When I was in Bible college, I worked in the Bus Ministry, so I was on the bus a lot—Saturdays and Sundays and sometimes even Wednesdays. Amen!

I traveled back and forth between the cities of Havana and Cienfuegos, a five-hour trip. I work with two pastors: the one I left as pastor in the church I started in Cienfuegos and a pastor I know in Havana. I continue to teach and inspire them to go soul winning on a regular basis. One time we were out, we saw 13 people saved. Amen!

As this year, “The Year of the Redeemed,” is coming to an end, I have a lot for which to thank the Lord. It has been a wonderful and blessed year! A verse that comes to mind, which I read in my Bible recently, says it well, “Thou crownest the year with thy goodness; and thy paths drop fatness.” (Psalm 65:11)

Have a great December! I am praying for you all!

MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Please pray for:

1. Power for soul winning and preaching.
2. Family.
3. Finances.

In His service,

Ricardo Leyva
