Mark Tossell Prayer Letter: Our Church's 13th AnniversaryWe are thankful for the mercies of God; it is His work, as are we, and we praise Him for His goodness towards us as we serve Him in Sydney.

Thank you for your prayers and concern regarding Christina’s health. Her condition is stable. Her attacks of dizziness and chest pain are less frequent, but we still have major concerns. Christina is scheduled for an overnight sleep clinic, where she will be tested for sleep apnea. Her doctors feel that this might the root cause of her various problems. Please pray about this. Pray for God to provide a CPAP machine if she is found to have sleep apnea; these machines are very expensive.

God gave us a wonderful day on our 13th church anniversary last Sunday. The church was full, and we had a good crowd of visitors. God’s people were encouraged, and lost people heard a clear presentation of the Gospel. We are thankful for Amir coming to church for the first time; he is an ex-Moslem who received Christ when our soul winners met him at his door recently. He loved church and plans to come regularly. Praise God!

My health has been up and down. Although my voice is healing, it is very fragile and has recently been damaged by bouts of sickness with flus and viruses. However, most Sundays I am able to speak twice, which is a blessing. Pray for God’s power as I preach His Word.

I am constantly reminded about the great need in this area. About 500,000 people live between here and the Sydney Harbour Bridge, only 20 minutes away. Please pray for many more souls to be saved and for more laborers.

One exciting development is that I now have four men to train for ministry. Please pray for me to have wisdom as I seek to prepare these fine men for God’s work.

THANK YOU for your prayers and support. God is good . . . all the time!

In His service,

Mark, Christina and Adam Tossell
