Ben and Becky Turner Prayer Letter: "That the Word of the Lord May Have Free Course"“Finally, brethren, pray for us, that the word of the Lord may have free course, and be glorified,
even as it is with you.”
(II Thessalonians 3:1)

We are thankful to the Lord for the many Gospel conversions over the last couple of months. It is obvious to us that many people are praying that God’s Word would have “free course” here in the Vancouver area. There have been precious souls saved at our church services (Behrouz, Maryam, Shahin, and Cliff), our Saturday soul-winning time (Marco and Ante), and through our church families (Tianna and John). Please pray for them to follow the Lord in believer’s baptism and be discipled. I am currently going through a discipleship course with two of our men (Yasin and Rod). Both men followed the Lord in believer’s baptism at the end of 2023. Pray that I have the strength to work with these men.

The Farsi Bible Study continues to see numerical and spiritual growth. Just yesterday, there were five first-time visitors who attended the class. Please pray for the following people who are attending: Yasin, Saba, Mehdi, Mansoureh, Arman, Arezoo, Amir, Arshia, Mojtaba, Nasim, Maryam, Flora, Mehdi, Shirin, Zhamak, and Anita. It really is amazing to see God building this class from four or five attendees to where it is today.

Our family would like to thank you for your prayers as we continue to navigate several health concerns. My next scan is a PET scan on March 12. This will be a full body scan to determine the impact from the radiation treatments that I had in December. The serious issue that is currently presenting itself in both of my lower legs is neuropathy. I have received thirteen IVIG treatments, but unfortunately, they have not helped with the neuropathy symptoms. We are trusting the Lord with this path and seeking to bring Him glory!
