Jerry Wyatt III Prayer Letter: Tanzanian Stadium CrusadeStadium Crusade

God has once again blessed, as we were able to hold our Second Annual Tanzanian Stadium Crusade. The stadium filled with over 8,500 people and 1,732 filling out cards denoting that they had trusted Christ as their Saviour. We have already called each one of these individuals and are endeavoring to encourage each one of them to come to church. One particular story that was a blessing was of one of our church men. A couple of weeks after the crusade, a man asked our church member why our church would you do something like the crusade for free. The member explained that the main reason was so we could give the Gospel and then proceeded to give the man the Gospel. After hearing a clear presentation of the Gospel, the man bowed his head and asked Jesus to be his personal Saviour.

Soccer Sunday

The Sunday after the crusade, we held our annual Soccer Sunday. Every team that was present in our services with 11 players or more received a soccer ball. It was a great day, as I preached to many soccer players present. We praise the Lord for the 46 saved, with over 550 in attendance.

Nane Nane Farm Fair

We once again participated in our city’s fair by talking to people, doing puppets, and passing out John and Romans. We were blessed to see 67 people trust Christ as their Saviour from one-on-one soul winning, as well as pass out hundreds of Bibles.

Radio

We are praising the Lord that our presentation to the Tanzanian Communications Authority went extremely well. We only have a couple of more hoops to jump through, and we will have our license. We have continued to build the studio as God provides the finances. Please pray that God would provide the final amount of finances needed to complete the studio. Please also pray for the final process to obtain the license.

Faith Baptist College

We recently started the second quarter of Faith Baptist College. Things are going well, and the students are excited about learning. We meet once every week for four hours. Please pray that these students would stay faithful and that we would see this ministry grow.

Our 4th Child Is Born!

We are pleased to announce the arrival of our fourth child. Lauren Rachel Wyatt was born in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, on August 19. Both Rachel and Lauren are doing great. Please pray for this new little life that has been entrusted to us.
