Team Ghana Update: New Church Plant Being Launched

Please pray for a new church plant, which we are starting in Offinso, Ghana, West Africa. This church plant will be launched December 2023! This church will be pastored by Brother Otchere Boachie. He is a graduate of Hyles-Anderson College of West Africa and is an evangelist and church planter. In the past year, Pastor Otchere has helped start churches in Foase and in Sogakope, Ghana. These two church plants are doing well. We believe God will use Pastor Otchere in a great way in Offinso!

Just this past Sunday, Pastor Otchere started bringing people from the Offinso area to our church. Seventeen people made the hour-plus trip with Pastor Otchere. He will continue to bring his people by bus for two months, and then they will start having services on their own church property.

Our church in Kumasi has already purchased land, and over the next two months, our church will be raising additional money towards this project. We are trying to raise a total of $30,000. The first phase is to build a church building at a cost of approximately $17,000; the second phase is to build a mission house for the pastor’s family, which will cost about $13,000. We would welcome any help from you! We have already received over $12,000 towards this endeavor. Medical Clinics

In addition to praying for this new church plant, please pray for medical clinics, which will be held October 23-28 at six of our daughter churches. We are working with Truth for Today Medical Missions, as mentioned in our March update. We believe many thousands will receive a one-on-one presentation of the Gospel, and each one could be a future member of one of these churches.
