Team Ghana Update: New Bible College StudentsMastermind

Last week we were privileged to help FBMI host its second Missions Mastermind. Mark Bosje, Dan Siemer, and John Cole from FBMI, as well as 10 missionaries from all of the world converged on Kumasi for several days to motivate one another and learn from one another on how to best accomplish the Great Commission. Several nationals from our church staff and several national pastors contributed significantly to the discussions. I believe all in attendance were greatly edified! We are thankful for FBMI Director Mark Bosje’s vision to help missionaries.

New College Students

We are continually praying for laborers for His harvest. We thank God for these new college students He has sent our way recently (from left to right).

John Yendau – He is from “the north” – the Upper West region. He heard about our ministry through our TV Ministry.
Abraham Yeboah – His father is an independent Baptist pastor in the Bono East region of Ghana.
Pastor Yaw Frimpong – He pastors a Baptist church on the other side of Kumasi.
Fredrick Korankye – Fredrick was reached through a bus route we started earlier this year. Fredrick and John are in our on-campus “Faithful Men” program. Norbert Tonton (not pictured) is another new student reached by one of our bus routes.
Jackson Bartuah – Jackson is Liberian and was reached by our church.
Hayford Mawuli – He was reached by one of our church plants.
Abraham Oppong – He attends an independent Baptist church in the capital city of Accra.

Two other new students not pictured are Leticia Opoku and Lydia Owusu-Mensah. Leticia attends a church in our area; she is learning to become an effective soul winner. Lydia was reached by our church.

Team Family

Our featured team family this month is the Osgood family. Please take time to read one of their recent prayer letters and pray for them. Their letters are available at: fbmi.org/missionary/Osgood#updates. Thank you for believing in us!

Yours for souls,
