Greetings from Ghana! The ministry continues to move forward here in Ghana despite the pandemic. It is an exciting time to be alive and to serve God! We had a very successful Pastors’ Seminar last week; we will report about this conference next month. This month I am presenting a big need concerning our daughter churches.

Several of our daughter churches have been kicked out of the places they were renting for church. It is customary for new churches to rent rooms in school buildings for church services until they can purchase land and erect a building. During this special time of COVID-19 concerns, the government has advised schools not to rent out their facilities to churches. Pastor Isaac Owusu Ansah (Petrensa, Ghana) and Pastor Solomon Lamptey (Accra North, Ghana) are in this situation. Pastor Kingsley Addai (Mamponteng, Ghana) and Pastor George Menyon (Monrovia, Liberia) are facing other challenges with their meeting locations. Pastor Isaac is a current student of our Bible college; the other three men are our graduates. All four churches own land, but they need for God to provide for the construction of their church buildings.

Any contribution that you can make will be a big benefit to helping these churches to continue to move forward. We would appreciate your consideration of a special offering toward these projects. Please designate any donation for this purpose as “#6180 – Ghana Special – Church Buildings.”

Prayer Requests

Please pray for these men and their congregations. Also, each month we highlight one of our team families. Please pray for the Baraka Hall family as they minister to the Deaf of Ghana. You can read some great news about their ministry at fbmi.org/missionary/hall#updates.

God bless,

Ted Speer, Pastor and Team Leader
