Jerry Wyatt III Prayer Letter: Humbled by Your GenerosityYouth Conference

We were thrilled to have a group from Shawnee Baptist Church with Pastor Steve Frost come and visit us. One of the main purposes of their trip was to help us with our Youth Conference. God blessed our conference with over 300 teens and workers. The biggest blessing of the conference came with 60 teenagers trusting Christ as their Saviour. One young man who accepted Christ came with his cooler to sell ice cream to the young people who had begun to gather for the conference. Before the conference started, one of our staff men began to share the Gospel with him. How exciting it was when this young man bowed his head and trusted Christ! Each one of these souls are precious to the Lord. Please pray as we continue to endeavor to follow up on these young people.

Visas

Many of you may be aware of the issue that missionaries in Tanzania are facing in obtaining visas. Many missionaries are being rejected. Recently two missionaries with our mission were rejected, but after appealing, they were accepted for another two years. Our visas will be up for renewal in the spring of next year. Would you please begin praying with us that our visas will be renewed without a problem?

Kids’ Day

Several times a year, we have a Kids’ Day on a Saturday. This is like a one-day Vacation Bible School. These Kids’ Days are a tremendous tool to reach new children, and many of them start attending church after one of these days. At our most recent Kids’ Day, we had over 250 kids and adults present, with 26 saved.

Marriage Seminar

On Valentine’s Day, we held our yearly Marriage Seminar. Many couples from our church attended the seminar. Like anywhere in the world, marriages here are under attack, and seminars like this are such a valuable tool to help with keeping these marriages strong. Through food, games, teaching, preaching, and just spending time with each other, everyone went home refreshed and with a renewed love for each other.

Thank you so much for your faithful prayers and support. We are humbled each month as we watch God provide for the needs. Many times we never even mention to anyone but God different needs, and we are always amazed as we watch Him provide through the generosity of His people. Thank you.

Your missionaries to Tanzania,
