Wes Palla Prayer Letter: Building New FamiliesThank you to all of you for your continued prayers and support. It is a constant encouragement when I remember just how many folks love us, pray for us, and support us so faithfully. We have to be the most blessed missionaries ever. Thank you!

It would be wonderful if our report was all rainbows and puppy dogs; but alas, there are struggles, growing pains, and heartaches along the way. We rejoice at the new families that have been attending the church, but we hurt for those that don’t stay faithful. They are deceived into thinking that the old life is more fun. I wish I could convince them otherwise, but at this point, all we can do is love them and pray for them . . . and that is just what we will do.

Praise the Lord for those who have been saved while out soul winning the last several weeks. We have seen one new family, one gentleman, and several kids visit as a result. We are also grateful to have the church van in proper working order again! At one point, all three doors were suffering from one malfunction or another, but two trips to the shop and $60 later, we are all good.

This week we are starting discipleship with a new couple that began attending about three months ago. We are also working on getting several folks baptized. We have two couples that need to take that step, one single mother, and a few young teens whose parents are averse to them getting baptized. Pray that the Lord will work in each of these situations.

Thank you for enabling us to serve the Lord on this field. Please continue to pray for church growth. Pray for the men we are trying to reach; pray that they will be saved and begin attending services faithfully. Pray for some different outreaches that we will be doing over the next month in an effort to reach more lost people with the Gospel.

You are a blessing and encouragement to us. We are honored to represent you here. God bless you all as you serve Him in your Jerusalem.

Declaring His glory,

Wesley Palla
