Fundamental Baptist Bible College Update

In fulfillment of the Great Commission, Pastor George Menyon, the Senior Pastor of Grand View Baptist Church, Monrovia, Liberia, with prayer and desire to further the Gospel established the Fundamental Baptist Bible College to train men that will be able to train others also. The Bible College was established in 2016 with about eight (8) students. The training has been effective as our students have been learning to have a personal relationship with the Lord, become good soul winners, and to also be teachers and preachers of the right doctrines of Christ. The blessing we have here at our college is that some of our students are from Charismatic and Pentecostal backgrounds, but with the help of the Lord through our teachings, we have seen these students change their false believe about Bible doctrines and how church services should be conducted according the Scriptures. Some of these students have also testified about how they are using the knowledge they are gaining at our college to train their members to become soul winners and better servants of the Lord.

Due to the COVID-19 Virus, we had some major challenges, but we praise the Lord for what He is doing through our Bible College.

Currently, we have twenty-three students at or Bible College, and eight of our students are expected to graduate this year by the grace of God. We are looking forward to what the Lord will do through these students and their ministries in furthering the Gospel. We also have about four new students from January to present, and we are looking forward to receiving more students before the end of this year. Teaching All Nations (TAN) has been very effective.

We are praying and hoping to train more men at our college, but one of the major challenges we are facing is that we do not have a facility for our college. We are currently using someone else property to conduct classes for our students. We will appreciate your prayers in this direction that the Lord will bless us with our own property for our Bible College where we will be able to train more students for the ministry. It is also our prayers that the Lord will help us get support so as to take care of our six teaching staff. These men have been helping to train our students voluntarily. They have been a great help and blessing to our college, and we pray that the Lord will provide for them.

Thank you for your interest in our college, and we look forward to hearing from you. God bless!

In Christ’s love,

Pastor George Menyon
