Teaching All Nations Update: Featuring Missionary Mark Holmes' Use of Teaching All NationsThe months of January and February have been monumental for TEACHING ALL NATIONS. The missionaries and nationals using the Teaching All Nations materials have been blessed with phenomenal results. The Teaching All Nations Newsletter for January and February is featuring Missionary-Pastor Mark Holmes, serving under FBMI in Nigeria, Africa. He sent Teaching All Nations the following report on February 18, 2022.

TEACHING ALL NATIONS first came to my attention at the Fundamental Baptist Missions International’s Candidate School in 2014. In 2017, Missionary-Evangelist Jim Belisle began to preach our Soul Winning & Leadership Conferences. Over the space of 5 years, he has presented TEACHING ALL NATIONS to the SWLC delegates in 6 different venues, with nearly 115 churches represented. Currently, 6 Nigerian churches have adopted the Teaching All Nations curriculum to train their people for the ministry. The largest institute is in Calabar at a church started 36 years ago by a Hyles-Anderson graduate, Missionary David Long. Also, Pastor Nicholas Wayih skillfully guides over 30 church members through the TAN lessons each week in the main city where Mary Slessor once ministered. One church in a village has 2 graduates from our Providence Baptist College and Seminary, and the teachers are now training 8 more ministers. In addition to this, Pastor Friday Godwin, one of my first Temple Baptist Institute graduates, uses Teaching All Nations in a MOBILE-TRAINING institute that allows him to touch 4 different churches every month.

We have included Teaching All Nations as the MAIN resource in a “TRAINING YOUR TITUS” PROJECT with the goal of helping the almost 150 independent Baptist churches to organize institutes. God has allowed our own schools to grant degrees and diplomas to 100 men and ladies; and, so far, 46 churches have been started by our graduates in Africa’s most populous nation.

We see TEACHING ALL NATIONS as a VITAL TOOL in allowing our graduates AND many others to have the resources to bring their converts from understanding SALVATION TO SERVING God with their lives!”

Teaching All Nations sends a big thank you to Bro. Mark Holmes for sending such a complete and encouraging report to all those of you who support TAN with your finances and your prayers. How we thank the Lord for Bro. Mark and his family’s seventeen years of service there in Nigeria, Africa. What an eternal work that the Lord has allowed him to do! All of you, by giving and praying, have a part in this great work and in the eternal rewards that await us.

We love and appreciate each one of you for joining us in training nationals around the world to win souls and plant churches all for His honor and glory. God bless you all.
