Trip to Liberia
In early December I took a trip to Liberia to visit the ministry of one of our college graduates, George Menyon. We were so excited about the ministry there. We found the church Bro. George is pastoring to be a very strong church with many capable adults. Also, George is using his influence to train many other pastors. Furthermore, he has led 8 other men to start churches in different parts of Liberia. He has several other men he is training. We were also privileged to teach about 45 pastors for 2 days on the subject of soul winning. These men were organized by him. Bro. George Menyon is doing a great work in his ministry in Liberia.
Matilda and Derek’s Grandparents Are Saved
My wife has been ministering to many neighborhood children for several months on Saturdays, as I have spoken of in recent updates. She was excited recently to visit the home of Matilda and Derek who ride with us to church every Sunday. My wife Elizabeth was thrilled to lead both of their grandparents and their aunt to Christ.
The New Auditorium
We are now using our new auditorium! We are not completely finished, but the tent days are over! What a blessing it is to have a permanent home for our church services!
Recent Convert
Left is a picture of Mr. Osei Mensah to whom I had the privilege of helping to explain the Gospel a few weeks ago. It took 1½ hours for me and three others to convince him from the Scriptures that salvation was by faith and not of works. He finally got it and made a profession of faith, and now he has been baptized! His wife also was baptized two weeks before him, and they are both joining the church!
