Missionary #6011 Prayer Letter: Who Is a God Like Our God?Praise the Lord for His abundant goodness toward us! Who is a god like our God? None! Jesus is amazing! I was speaking to my dad recently and rehearsing some of the ways God has protected us. I really should write them down sometime. It is amazing how God has preserved, provided, and guided.

While we are in the process of raising additional support, the Lord divinely provided a nice place for us to stay. Consequently, we have gotten to share the Gospel and visit with some of our neighbors, as well as some folks who have come to do work here. With one neighbor, I was able to share the COVID-19 Gospel tract the Lord allowed me to write.

Roxanna, another neighbor, beat us to the punch by visiting us, her new neighbors. She mentioned Danny, a man who lived at her home. A few days later, I saw him on the back porch and called out a “Hello” to him. He promptly came over, and after a while, the conversation turned to the Gospel. Praise the Lord, I was able to lead Danny to the Lord while leaning on the hood of our van. He had, at one time, stayed in the rescue mission our church runs, and Christians from our church had made a good impression on him. Not too long after that, Danny moved away.

One Saturday my former teammate, Bro. J___ P___, and our families were able to go out soul winning together, and I was able to witness to a Chinese man named B___. After we were finished, I felt impressed by the Holy Spirit to go across the street from the apartments to a house there. Sure enough, the Lord was directing, and a lady named Annie was so receptive to hearing the Gospel. Many are open to hearing the Gospel at this time. May we be continually diligent about the Father’s business. Please pray that Danny and others will grow in the Lord and that the seeds planted will become receptive ground.

This last week, my wife, sister, and daughter were out soul winning together. At the last door they knocked on, a lady named Alexis came to the door. She had gone to church for years, knew a lot about the Bible, and prayed often; but she did not know for sure she was on her way to Heaven. She was trusting in her works. She was very receptive and open to the Gospel and trusted Christ. Alexis was excited to share it with her husband.

In June we were able to travel to a church near Detroit for a meeting that we’d had to reschedule due to the virus. Praise the Lord, it was such a blessing to be able to get out and travel. I believe that we were able to be a blessing to them as well. Please pray that the Lord will help us to be able to have and schedule productive meetings. Please also pray for the visa paperwork and requirements for Taiwan to be completed without issue. Please pray for our Christian friends in China, as the government is becoming stricter on Christianity.

Recent events in America have reminded me of historical events that took place when Communists took over China not so awful long ago. Please be diligent to pray, witness, and vote for righteousness. Please do what you can and should in your place of service. If the foundations be destroyed, what can the righteous do?

Thank you for your faithful and consistent prayers and support! We appreciate them so much! You all are the best! We also pray for you as well! God bless you!

Christ’s servants and yours,
