Missionary #6011 Prayer Letter: Our Son Has Arrived!Thank you for the privilege of representing you on the island of Taiwan!

First off with a family blessing! J___ E___ F___ was born on July 7, 2022, at 4:33 a.m. He weighed 9 pounds 6 ounces and was 22.4 inches long. My wife, son, and the family all seem to be adjusting fairly well. We thank God for a safe delivery and for watching out for us. Because of the fear of COVID and/or COVID regulations, things became very interesting here toward the end of the pregnancy, and we found ourselves on my wife’s due date with her doctor trying to tell my wife that she should go somewhere else. However, God was working. To make the long story short, someone put us in contact with a Dr. L___ who wanted to help. God is trustworthy all the time! Praise the Lord! I also got to witness to one of the nurses at the hospital, as well as share the Gospel with others in a thank-you letter we wrote, as well as some tracts.

The kids finished their homeschool year with S___ graduating from kindergarten. C___ will be starting school in the fall.

I was able to speak for the Chinese Wednesday evening prayer meeting for the first time, and that seemed to go well. Pray for us as we continue to work on the language.

We met a man named M___, an Italian man, at a park while the kids were playing. For about an hour, we talked about the Bible and the Gospel in good depth. He has looked at different religions and frankly seems confused. Please pray for G___, a young man God led me to, to be saved and to follow the Lord.

I was able to take J___, a young man who works at Daliao MTBC, out soul winning one afternoon. Please pray that God would light a fire in J___’s heart for winning souls and training men!

Do we believe that God can work on both sides of the world at once? Absolutely! We talked to a couple on a walking path who, come to find out, had a son in America who became a Christian and had witnessed to them. They said they noticed the difference between the temple, where no one seems to care to talk to anyone else, and church, where people call each other brothers and sisters. I happen to think when they met us that I was in partnership with the prayers of a soul-winning son in America who was praying for his lost parents in Taiwan.

Thank you for doing your work and prayer in your place of service as we strive to do the same here! We are praying for you!
You are the best! Thank you for your faithful prayers and support.

In His service,

Missionary #6011 and Family
