Mark and Kim Palmani Prayer Letter: Still Serving in Spite of Additional COVID RestrictionsWe thank the Lord for His protection and provision during another rise of COVID in our city. The city decided to raise restrictions by adding an age limit. Children up to 18 years old are not allowed in general stores, grocery stores, or malls. We are praying that the COVID cases will lessen so that we can go back to a somewhat normal life. However, we also know that the Lord is in control, and we trust in Him.

One of my good friends, Pastor Gilbert Toquero, went Home to be with the Lord because of COVID. Please pray for the La Loma Baptist Church as they go through the transition period of grieving and looking for another pastor. La Loma Baptist Church supports over 200 missionaries. They love soul winning, missions, and church planting. Pastor Toquero was the one who helped our family when we first came to the Philippines. We lived in the Metro Manila area for 14 months as we studied the Filipino language. While attending La Loma Baptist Church in 2003-2004, Kim taught a Sunday school class for college ladies, and I taught a single men’s class. We thank the Lord for allowing us to know Pastor Toquero, but we also praise the Lord for a place called Heaven!

Kim and I are busy teaching in the Bible college. We are teaching almost every day and training the future generation for the ministry.Sometimes it’s difficult to teach, because wearing a mask is required, but the Lord is always good and gives us grace as we follow the protocols of our city. Please pray that our city will open up a little more so that we can do more soul winning and home Bible studies. Attached our photos of our services and home Bible studies.

Thank you for your love, prayers, and support.
