Larae Hoff Prayer Letter: What a Joy It Is to See God Work! These last two months have been such a blast of seeing God work through these last-minute plans. It has been a joy to meet several believers and veteran/retired missionaries. Thanks for your continued prayer support.

On August 3, I was in Savannah, Georgia, and I shared my presentation with the adults at prayer meeting. Praise the Lord for their members and a mechanic from their church who helped me with the noise problem that my vehicle’s exhaust was making. Sunday, August 7, was a great day that started with my teaching in the teen girls’ class for Sunday school. I shared my presentation in the morning with folks in Lake Panasoffkee, Florida, and then I got the opportunity to talk with the children about missions. I concluded the evening by showing their members my video.

At a parking lot in Alachua, Florida, I shared the Good News about Heaven with a gentleman named Ja-Kai, and he accepted Christ as his Saviour. Pray that he will find a church where he can grow.

On August 14, I was blessed to share my presentation with folks at a church in Lake City, Florida, and my testimony with another church in the evening in the same city. In Leesburg, Georgia, on August 17, I was blessed to share my testimony with the folks at prayer meeting. On the 21st of August, God allowed me to share about the ministry in Ghana with church members in Old Fort, North Carolina. I taught Junior Church at the Missions Conference in Bedford, Kentucky, on August 28. That evening in Carrollton, Kentucky, I had the privilege of sharing my presentation with their members. The Monday of the Missions Conference, I shared my presentation with their members.

While in Kentucky, I ended August by visiting and fellowshipping with friends I used to work with at Bible Camp. On September 4, I was blessed to meet a veteran missionary and to help in the younger Junior Church in Cincinnati, Ohio. God gave me the privilege to go to Springfield, Ohio, on September 7, and share my testimony. I look forward to being at their Missions Conference in December. The weekend of September 11, I was in Cassadaga, New York, where I shared about the need in Ghana with the teens in Sunday school and the adults in both services. The 18th of September, I was in Staunton, Virginia. In multiple youth Sunday school classes, I shared about my call to missions and taught the Children’s Church about missions. That evening, I had the privilege to talk about the ministry in Ghana with the adults. The following week, I had some great times of fellowship with some “Mainiacs” in the Lynchburg area and also meet other folks from my hometown. On the 25th, I had the privilege to observe in a special-needs classroom in the morning service in Lynchburg, Virginia.

At the end of October, I will be back in my home state during most of the weekdays in these remaining fall months and winter. Please pray for me to have wisdom as to which New England churches to visit. I praise the Lord that He is continually blessing and slowly increasing my financial support.
