Larae Hoff Prayer Letter: 70% of My Needed Support Is Coming In!I want to thank everyone for their faithfulness. On July 16, I finished my second year on deputation. Through you, God has blessed and brought in 70% of the $3,000 needed monthly support. Praise the Lord!

I started July in Thorp, Wisconsin. I had the blessings of teaching their children and teenagers about missions and sharing my presentation with the adults. In Delavan, Wisconsin, I had the opportunity to connect with a prayer partner. On July 8 in Hartford City, Indiana, I had the blessings of teaching the preschoolers and Junior Church children about missions, and then in the evening, I was blessed to talk with the adults. On Wednesday night in Roanoke, Indiana, I had the opportunity to help share the Gospel with a girl at the closing VBS service. Please pray for her, as well as the other children who made decisions, to grow as a Christian.

July 18-20 was Missions University with my mission board FBMI. Missions University offers classes to help missionaries. The Sunday before Missions University, I stopped in at First Baptist Church and the Spanish teen Sunday school class. It was great to see many praying friends. It was also good to see the Sarver family, missionaries on my team (Team Ghana) at Missions University.

Would you pray for the school in Ghana? Please pray that the students who are saved will continue to grow in their faith. Fundamental Baptist Academy will be starting their school year again in October. Please pray for the students who will be coming for their first time; pray for their hearts to be open to the Gospel when it is presented to them. Some teachers have asked us to pray that the new school staff will have wisdom and discernment when teaching.

On the 23rd, I had the opportunity to share my testimony in Portage, Indiana, and Lake Station, Indiana. In Portage, I got to meet missionaries who were part of the crew that started the team in Ghana. It was a blessing to reconnect with Maine friends in Kentucky, where we worked at Bible Camp together. In Dry Ridge, Kentucky, I had the privilege to help the church with their booth at the county fair. It brought back memories of when I did that after high school. It was a great time of working with their members and sharing with many about how important it is to know for sure they are going to Heaven, as well as talking with them to explain that Christ wants a relationship with them and their need to grow.

I’m excited to see what God is going to do this fall in Georgia, Ohio, Mississippi, Virginia, and many more yet unknown places. Thank you for allowing God to continue blessing through your prayers and financial giving.

Please Pray

Larae Hoff
