God has used us in so many ways since our last letter! Recently, I was able to go to Warsaw, Poland, to spend some time with our FBMI missionaries, Paul and Jolie Sock, from March 1-7, 2019. God is working through the Socks there, as you can see in the following example. Right before we started the church service on Sunday morning, a young man from India called to make sure that he had the right address for the church, and then he showed up a few minutes later. He had only been in Warsaw for two days and was planning to start college in Warsaw on that Tuesday. He is already saved and hopes to get discipled by Bro. Sock. How amazing it is when God works!
It was refreshing to be able to plant seeds on the trip there and while on the ground there. I had the privilege to witness to a lady named Apurupah, who was from India. She listened to the Gospel, as we had about a three-hour conversation on the plane. Please pray that she would get saved.
Hyles-Anderson College, where I teach missions and Bible courses, will have its graduation on May 3, 2019. What a privilege it has been to teach some of the finest students in the nation and from around the world again this year. Please pray that God will use them for His purpose.
Our FBMI Candidate School will be held from May 6-10, 2019. During this week of training, prospective missionaries will come to be instructed in missionary service and will be candidates for having FBMI serve them as their missions agency. Please pray that God will use me and the other teachers during that week.
God is continuing to use the New Grace Adult Sunday School Class, which I get to teach, this Spring Program. We are almost finished with the program, but God has brought around 15 visitors in the past month or so to the class. One couple that recently got married has now come three weeks in a row. At least 2 people have made public professions of their salvation in church. Please pray that the Lord would give us much fruit and that fruit would remain.
Lastly, please pray for my upcoming trip to Guatemala from June 26-30, 2019, to preach for the Missions Conference of Bro. Daniel and Misty Wilder, one of our FBMI missionary families.
