Go Oishi Prayer Letter: Now Supported by Over 50 Churches!Glory to God! God has given us another fruitful month, both in terms of souls won and support raised. It is hard to believe that one year ago, we had a nearly blank November, with only two scheduled meetings on the calendar and one of those having to be rescheduled due to the pastor having to go out of town for a family emergency! This year, every week was filled. It is truly apparent that the number of people praying for us has increased with every meeting over this past year. God has moved in great ways, and we are excited to share with you the results of your prayers!

We began the month with an encouraging text from our partner in Beavercreek, Oregon, where I have had the opportunity of witnessing to their Japanese exchange students in their own language. Out of the previous group, we were notified that two additional students have trusted Christ as their Saviour! As many additional students have come and gone, I had the privilege of spending an hour and a half individually explaining the Gospel to two additional students, Misuzu and Tsubasa. Please pray that these two will also make the decision to place their faith and trust in the Lord Jesus Christ!

All of this happened within the first week of this month, as we finished up our last meeting in California that we flew out for last month. We had a safe flight back to our home-on-wheels in Wisconsin, where another meeting awaited us. From there we flew out once again to Crownpoint, New Mexico, to help our missionary friend, Aaron Nelson, celebrate his completion of deputation and start a church on the Navajo Indian Reservation. It was a great privilege to have the opportunity of preaching, providing promotions, writing a new hymn, and partnering financially with them as one of their first supporting missionaries! In the midst, God allowed us to meet one of the pastors we will be with in 2020, as well as two others who had invited us to come present at their churches! On the opening night, many visitors came, and three Navajos walked the aisle to receive Christ as their Saviour! Praise the Lord!

Our next Missions Conference began on the same night we flew back to Wisconsin for the second time this month! At the conclusion of our time there at Oshkosh, Wisconsin, the church there presented us with a check to help fund the 2020 Japan Olympic Outreach! Blessings continued to come, as we received two phone calls in that same week from churches where we had previously presented, letting us know that they both have voted to partner with us financially! This brings us up to 65% of our support now raised and close to 60 churches and individuals now supporting our ministry. God indeed still provides!

We concluded this month with spending an hour of soul winning at the Christmas Parade in Gravenhurst, Ontario, Canada, where we presented our ministry on the following day. From there we traveled down to Dundee, Michigan, where we spent another hour of soul winning and had the privilege of leading a young man named Malachi to the Lord! We are truly thankful for all of you who pray and support our ministry faithfully. We trust that you all had a Happy Thanksgiving and pray that you will have a very Merry Christmas!

Your friends and co-laborers to Japan,

Go and Danielle Oishi
