Our 3rd Anniversary Service was held on February 7, 2016. It is hard to imagine that God allowed us to start Iglesia Bautista Internacional of San Gabriel three years ago! God has truly blessed our church, and we can’t thank Him enough for the opportunity to work with these precious families. The people worked very hard to invite family and friend, and we had a great attendance of 189 people. More than 30 adults trusted Christ as their Saviour. Many children were also taught the Gospel for the first time, and several accepted Jesus. This was an exciting day because the people of San Gabriel really did all of the work, inviting people, soul winning, working with the children and babies, preparing food, and decorating the church. We really appreciate the help of the Avila family who oversee our children’s ministries as well. We are excited to work with these great people. Below are a couple of pictures of our Big Day to this letter. We hope you enjoy them.
Our family is doing well. Our boys are growing up so quickly. It is hard to believe that Zach, Jr. is in his final year of school and will be graduating in May. Please pray for him, as he will be heading to Bible college this fall. He has many important decisions ahead of him, and we ask that you pray with us for his future. Caleb and Logan are both doing well in school. We are thankful for our boys.
Please pray with us for many important requests. We have opportunities coming up to take trips to the jungle to help with church-planting efforts and building projects. Please pray for wisdom and funds for these trips. Please pray for the three families in the church who recently have had new babies born. We would appreciate prayer for the spiritual growth of several new families and individuals and also for the continued growth of our church. Our church was able to see more than 50 people trust Christ during the months of January and February so far. Please pray as we work with new converts that they will grow in the Lord.
We thank you for your prayers and support. We pray that God would continue to bless you as you serve Him.
His for souls,
Zach and Karin Foust
Zachary, Caleb, and Logan
