Zach Foust Prayer Letter: God Is Doing Great Things in Chancheria! It is always a true joy to update our supporters on what God is doing here in Lima, Peru. We have had so much going on here, and it is a blessing to report on the ministry God has given us.

Our first baptismal service in our own church was an awesome blessing. God gave us beautiful weather, access to the park immediately in front of the church, and the borrowed pool of church members. Three converts were baptized, with many more now feeling ready to take this step of obedience. We are planning our next baptismal service already.

In April I was privileged to take a trip with Bro. Hubbard to Guadalajara, Mexico, to assist in a pastors’ conference with Bro. Robert Murillo. We were pleased to help encourage pastors in the area of starting more churches and to help train them in ways to effectively do so. Praise the Lord that 15 pastors surrendered to start another church from their already existing churches!

Speaking of starting new churches, God is doing amazing things in Chancheria! While we have been disappointed because of a legal situation with our land, we have found another place to meet, and we have been thrilled at the souls that have been saved in the baby stages of this church plant. We have been excited to have seen many adults and teens trust Christ in the past several Saturdays, and we look forward to all that God will do in this remote part of Lima.

God keeps blessing in our church in San Gabriel with visitors and salvations each week. It is such a blessing to see God work in the lives of our members as they witness and invite friends and family to church. For example, we have a family in our church who has been praying for their father to attend church. He came one time several months ago and came back last Sunday at the request of his sons and daughter who faithfully attend. At the end of the service, he told us that he would be faithfully attending from now on as well. He also requested a weekly Bible study in his home so that more of his family would be saved and so that he could learn more and grow spiritually. Please pray with us for this man and his family. We are excited to start this new Bible study this week!

Thank you so much for your prayers and support for this ministry.

His for souls,

Zach and Karin Foust, Zachary, C.J., and Logan
