Dave and Mary Beth Solt Prayer Letter: An Exciting Year!Hello everyone. As we continue through the fall season, the work for God over here moves forward at pace. New families are now attending, with visitors and salvations. We have had 121 first-time visitors (a record) for the year, with 175 salvation decisions. King’s Kids Club continues to grow, which allows for more parents to attend Sunday evenings. Thank you so much for your prayers and for the faithful monetary support that continues to remain strong. This is truly the time for us to be here through these political and economic hardships as the people seek answers. Because of your prayers and help, we remain here, sharing Christ with a needy nation. I was also able to attend the Missions Mastermind conference in Turkey. I treasured the time with other missionaries and staff and came away challenged and encouraged.
Activities Galore

Autumn events included a big Harvest Sunday, with a meal afterwards. We also kicked off a new monthly meeting for young ladies called “Sweet Spirits,” which included making a dessert, Bible time, and prayer. We ended October with a Family Fun Night to provide a godly and safe place for the children. It was excellent to see everyone enjoy the games, crafts, snacks, prizes, and singing.

Our weekly Coffee Mornings are a great time for regulars to bring along a friend or for locals to stop in for a coffee. Soul winning, visitation, and discipleship are blessings to share. There are many opportunities to give the Gospel and to hear dear folks trust in our Lord for Heaven. Along with those listed, there are hospital visits, chaplaincy, nursing home ministry, funerals, and even a very special recent wedding! Sermon and Bible-study preparation does take a lot of time, but it sure is wonderful to realise how the Lord is changing lives by His Spirit and through His Word. God is so good!
The Run-Up to Christmas!

Next month, we will be sending you another letter for Christmas. Satan is attacking our yearly holiday over here, now more than ever. That is why we will be working extra hard to maintain a wonderful Christmas, remembering the precious first advent of our Lord Jesus Christ. These are exciting days as we look forward to His return to receive us Home to be with Him forever. The day hastens, and we need to be busy! God has called us to the United Kingdom for such a time as this. Please pray with us concerning our church Christmas holidays, and we will also pray for you as you prepare for your Christmas season!
Solt Family Prayer Requests

Mary Beth will be taking a solo 10-day trip to the U.S. to see the lads and her family in Kentucky. Her Dad cried to hear about this visit! We ask that you please pray for safety and health to make the trip. (Pray for the grace to be chauffeured around from state to state by the guys; never a very good passenger, this will be a new experience!) All the Solt sons will be in one place for Thanksgiving! And, of course, there is the extra blessing of the young ladies as well. It will be my turn to hold down the UK fort and feed the dog and cat!

Meanwhile, we thank everyone who is praying for our safety and ministry here in England. The recent political events and war in Israel have sparked more crime and conflict on the streets, not what we typically see here in the UK, for sure. We also think of our faithful friends and supporters who are struggling along in the U.S. through inflation, high costs, and political turmoil. We praise God for your sacrificial giving and love for missions.

Yours for souls,

The Solt Family
