Praise the Lord! The Lord has blessed us in so many ways. Even though we have had some very difficult challenges and circumstances, the Lord has given us victory, allowing us to reach a great harvest of souls. We have also been able to teach and train many of God’s servants to reach more souls for the Lord Jesus Christ.
For example, recently I was able to teach and preach in a conference, as well as in two Bible colleges, on the importance of doing the work
of an evangelist in order to make full proof of our ministries. So, we have been able to utilize the teaching and preaching videos and the manual I have produced to help God’s people take the Gospel to the lost. (By the way, if anyone is interested in the Spanish evangelism material, you can order it through the website laespada.org.) I would ask that you would please pray, as we are working on finishing up some more evangelism videos, as well as some books that we hope and pray will be a help and blessing to God’s people in taking the Gospel to others.
In Campeche, we helped a church in an evangelistic campaign, and over 200 people trusted Christ as their Saviour. Later we helped two churches in the state of Tabasco. I helped one church during the week, and we had about 240 in attendance during the evangelistic campaign, with about 100 saved. With the other church, we had about 188 saved in the evangelistic Bible Clubs, and then on Sunday, there were over 100 visitors in the church! The church was very excited!
Later in March, I helped a church in Guadalajara have an evangelistic campaign. We had about 694 in attendance, with approximately 354 trusting Christ as their Saviour. To God be all the glory! Later in Pachuca, we did another campaign, with approximately 400 people attending and around 300 trusting Christ as their Saviour.
Then in a small town, I helped a church do an evangelistic event. They put on a play called “Who Killed Jesus?” I preached the Gospel after the play, and 230 people trusted Christ as their Saviour. In Queretaro, we did evangelistic Bible Clubs in several places, with over 150 people indicating that they were trusting Christ as their Saviour.
The churches we helped in these evangelistic campaigns were so thrilled about all the souls that were saved, the great decisions that were made on soul winning and taking the Gospel to others, the baptisms that took place, the first-time visitors that were in the churches, and the other commitments that were made for the Lord.
