Brian George Prayer Letter: Great Things He Hath Done!We are rejoicing in the great things the Lord has done! Our Bible college just opened its doors for its 17th school year. Praise the Lord! We have 38 students, and most of them are from Bethel Baptist, our church here. There is a good spirit among the students. Here at the church and college property, we have 16 students living in the dorms. Our space for students is at maximum capacity. We are still working on the house that was purchased last November to move our male students into. With the help of some men from the church, we were able to put in all new water pipes for the entire house. We were able to get the electricity installed. Faith Baptist Church in Oak Creek, Wisconsin, gave us US$1,000 to help remodel this house. Our church here was able to invest US$1,500 to purchase all the water pipes and fittings. I’m super excited about this house that we can use for the Bible college. We still lack enough funds to redo all the electrical installation, put a new roof on, and purchase 10 mattresses. We ran out of funds, but we know God will provide in His timing. Thank you for your prayers!

During April, we were able to take a mini-vacation and visit the Iguazu Falls in Misiones, Argentina. We rented a car and drove 885 miles to get there. This is the largest waterfall system in the world and is considered one of the 7 wonders of the world. There are 275 waterfalls, and the highest drop-off is 269 feet. Water flows over these falls at a rate of 62,010 cubic feet per second. We spent one day at the falls and then spent the rest of time in Garuhapé, Misiones, with Pastor Portillo. We enjoyed our stay. We are hoping to go back to the falls someday and spend an entire week there to see all the falls from above and below. The falls are truly a wonder that God made for our enjoyment.

Just last Sunday, Bethel Baptist Church had a goal to have 1,000 in attendance! The entire church worked hard all week out soul winning. We had close to 80 first-time visitors that Sunday. Our church has a capacity to accommodate 250 people. On this Sunday, we had close to 600 in attendance. We have a spirit of revival! Many are being led to Christ on the streets and in church.

Pray that God will increase my vision and faith. There is so much work to do, and I need wisdom to go in the right direction. By Faith, Let’s Go Forward!

Here to serve,

Brian R. George
