Bob Bowen Prayer Letter: To Him Be Glory Forever!“For of him, and through him, and to him, are all thing: to whom be glory for ever. Amen.” (Romans 11:36)

Our theme and number-one goal for 2016 is, “To Him be glory forever. Amen!” I am alive to bring glory to God. I am alive to do good to all men.

Praise the Lord! I am 100% recovered from my back surgery and have the doctor’s approval to travel again. We traveled to Louisiana, Texas, Michigan, North Carolina, Nebraska, and back to Indiana, driving 5,400 miles in the month of March.

The Lord allowed me to see 13 people saved and 2 follow the Lord in believer’s baptism this month. God blessed greatly in raising funds for printing Bibles.

In Texas I met with Dr. Bob Gray II regarding one of his missionaries, Andy Long, who had been working in India. In January, Andy and his family made a short trip to Thailand to renew his visa for India, but upon returning to India, the government would not allow him to return to his home. They returned to the States to revamp and consult with their pastor. After several phone consultations with both Dr. Gray and Andy, I met with them to discuss the possibility of Andy working in Thailand. We agreed that Andy and his family would be a great asset in Thailand, and he would be a great help to me in my Bible-Distribution Ministry. I am thankful that God has led him my way, and I appreciate Pastor Gray’s willingness to allow the Long family to return to the mission field. They will be working with Eddy Arold at First Baptist Church Nawong and will assist me with printing and distributing the Scriptures.

I will return to Thailand on June 22 through July 8 and will host four pastors from the States. They are committed to seeing the work of God being done in Thailand. What a blessing to have men of God travel halfway around the world to see how God is working!

We were able to attend the last evening of the Second Annual Missions Conference at the First Baptist Church of Hammond and to take part in Faith Promise commitment for the next year. I believe FBC is one of the greatest mission churches of today. We now have 240 missionaries, and we just added 14 more. What a blessing! I thank God for Pastor John Wilkerson and for his vision to reach the world with the Gospel.

God has provided for us to be able to ship two more containers of Scriptures this year. We will soon ship the remaining Thai Bibles that are at the BEAMS warehouse and the John & Romans and New Testaments being provided by Bearing Precious Seed. Thank God for these faithful men of God who provide churches around the world with the Word of God.

Into all the world,

Bob Bowen
