Baraka Hall Prayer letter: “Well, Ain’t God Good!” PROVISION

“Well, ain’t God good!” These past two months, we’ve been awestruck to see how God cares for His own. It seems like during the holiday season that deputation meetings start to slow down. God led us to Central Baptist Church, where the pastor and people sought to take care of our every need. What a blessing they were! They were definitely our “raven by the brook.” God also provided us with a new (used) van. This was a huge answer to prayer, as we didn’t expect our old van to last much longer! Thank you to all who brought this need to our Father; He is so good to us! “If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?” (Matthew 7:11)

DEPUTATION

At the beginning of November, we were able to attend the missions conference at Community Baptist Church in Andalusia, Illinois. This was the church where my wife was reached as a bus kid. What a joy it was to spend time with these faithful people. While in Illinois, even though the meetings were slow, I was able to preach and share the Gospel several times. As of right now, we are at 26 percent of our support. We have three churches who have agreed to partner with us within the next couple of months, which will bring us close to 30 percent. To God be the glory!

PRAYER REQUESTS

Please continue to pray for more meetings. We’ve been blessed by several pastors who have gone above and beyond to help us schedule meetings, as they know the difficulties we face. I ask that if you know of any opportunities, please feel free to email me at barakahall@www.fbmi.org. Please continue to pray for our team, as they are doing their best to reach the Deaf in Ghana in our absence.

Your co-laborers for the cause of Christ,
