We are happy once again to report to you from Guatemala to share with you our needs and prayer requests. Our profound and heartfelt thanks goes to Brother Paul Deem of Direct Line Ministry in Tennessee. Brother Deem was personally responsible for sending a shipping container full of Bibles and John and Romans booklets for distribution to the Guatemalan people. Last week I loaded the bus and drove to the city of Quetzaltenango in Southwestern Guatemala, where Pastor Ruben Acabal was waiting for this literature to distribute in all the villages around his church. This week I am planning to make another delivery to Huehuetenango, which is almost nine hours away from Guatemala City, where Pastor Gaspar and others are expecting us.
Some days ago, we went to San Jose Pinula (village of Puerta Negra), armed with John and Romans booklets to pass out. As a result, a man and his wife, Anibal and Ericka, came to church because of this. Adan Herrera is another man who got saved, and he is coming to church also. I thank God for these people who have been reached in our area with the printed materials.
I am thankful for the bus that God has given us to make these deliveries with, but the bus is subject to costly breakdowns. Please pray that it will not break down while I am doing this good work. Thank you.
CRISTO REY
This week in Cristo Rey, we will be holding the first Vacation Bible School we have had here in years. This VBS will be held on the school grounds of the local public high school here. Please pray that God will be glorified through this effort.
ONE FINAL NOTE
We are experiencing a rash of thefts here in Cristo Rey. So far, we have lost a P.A. system, a refrigerator, and some other items. Please pray that God will intervene and stand in the way against those responsible for this.

Una vez mas, nos complace poder informar desde Guatemala y compartir con ustedes nuestras necesidades y peticiones. Nuestro mas profundo y sincero agradecimiento al Hermano Paul Deem, de Direct Line Printing Ministry de Tennessee. El Hermano Deem nos ayudo personalmente y fue el responsable del envio de un contenedor lleno de Biblias y Juan-Romanos para su distribucion a los guatemaltecos.
La semana pasada cargue el bus y maneje a una ciudad de Quetzaltenango en el suroeste de Guatemala, donde el pastor Ruben Acabal estaba esperando esta literatura para distribuirla en todas las aldeas alrededor de su iglesia. Esta semana planifico manejar a Huehuetenango, a casi nueve horas de Guatemala city, donde nos esperan el Pastor Gaspar y otros pastores.
Hace unos dias atras fuimos a San Jose Pinula ( aldea Puerta Negra ) llevando folletos de Juan y Romanos para regalar a los habitantes de esa aldea . Como resultado, Anibal y su esposa Ericka y un amigo de esta pareja fueron salvos y estan asistiendo a la iglesia. Gracias a Dios por estas nuevas personas que fueron alcanzadas con este material impreso.
Estoy agradecido por el autobus que Dios nos ha dado para llevar y entregar este material biblico que nos enviaron, pero el autobus esta sujeto a costosas reparaciones. Por favor oren para que este bus no se rompa, mientras realizo este buen trabajo.
CRISTO REY
Esta semana tendremos en Cristo Rey nuestra primera Escuela Biblica de Vacaciones, para ser realizada en el edificio de la escuela publica de Cristo Rey. Por favor ore para que Dios sea glorificado en este trabajo a realizar.
NOTA FINAL
Ladrones han robado varias veces en nuestra propiedad. Se robaron el sistema de sonido , nuestro refrigerador, etc.. Por favor ore a Dios para que su intervencion sea maravillosa y pare a estos responsables de estos robos.
