We thank God for His daily mercy, as should all of God’s people everywhere. In this prayer letter, I want to make an announcement and share a present need.
SAN JOSE PINULA
I have a project in mind for the end of October, which is when the school year ends. Around that time, I want to start Bible Clubs for the school children in San Jose Pinula. These Bible Clubs will basically be Sunday school classes taught by volunteers from our church and other churches. Right now I am putting out an invitation to my supporting churches to send volunteers for the purpose, church-prospect missionaries or really anybody who has the time and wants to help with serving God here. If they also have some knowledge with the Spanish language, that would be most helpful. Once they get here, we will provide food, shelter, transportation, and facilities. The only thing they will have to pay for is airplane tickets to and from Guatemala. The time frame we are talking about is from two weeks to two months. If anyone wants to stay longer, they can stay longer. I want this to be a jump start to get the work going in San Jose Pinula. SPECIAL NEED
The 1997 Ford pickup truck that God gave us to use here in 2010 is almost dead. Please pray that God will provide a pickup truck that runs well and is serviceable for me to use here in Guatemala for the Lord’s ministry. If anyone out there is willing to donate such vehicle to the Lord’s work, I am definitely interested.
FINAL NOTE
My daughter Tabitha Daniela will be getting married on the 20th of May. I will be there and will be available to visit churches during the month of June 2017. Thank you to you all. God is faithful! Gracias a Dios por su misericordia que nos da cada dia a todos los miembros de su familia. En esta carta de oracion deseo darles un anuncio especial y poner en sus manos una gran necesidad.
SAN JOSE PINULA
Tengo un proyecto en mente para finales de Octubre que es el final del ano escolar en todas las escuelas. En esta epoca quiero iniciar Club Biblicos para los ninos de las escuelas de San Jose Pinula. Basicamente estos Club Biblicos son clases de Escuela Dominical, ensenados por voluntarios de otras iglesias y nuestra iglesia en Guatemala. Estoy invitando a todas las iglesias que economicamente nos ayudan financieramente y con sus oraciones para que envien voluntarios para ese proposito, futuros misioneros, o cualquier persona que tenga tiempo y desee servir al SENOR. Si saben Espanol sera de ayuda y si no tambien seran bienvenidos. Proveemos comida, lugar donde acomodarse, transportacion y otras facilidades, lo unico que tiene que pagar es su boleto de avion ida y venida a Guatemala. El tiempo que haremos estas actividades es de dos semanas a dos meses si alguien quiere estar mas tiempo puede hacerlo. Deseo que sea un buen empuje para el trabajo en San Jose Pinula. El Pick up Ford 1997 que Dios me dio, esta a punto de morir. Por favor ore para que DIOS provea un pick up que trabaje bien y tenga buen servicio para usarlo en el ministerio. Si alguien desea donar un pick up al servicio del SENOR , estoy muy interesado en poseerlo. Gracias por su ayuda.
