Gregg Schoof Prayer Letter: Soul-Winning Driving LessonThese two months we were happy to be able to get a lot of work done. We finally were able to get most of the titles to our property. For one title, I ended up going to the prison six times to get signatures from the previous owner. So we now have seven out of the eight titles. Now I have to work on re-establishing the borders—one of our neighbors has moved the fence line in about six yards. Aghh!

We are also happy that our Chevy Astro Van is now working with the new engine we brought from the States. I also had to change the rear leaf springs and ended up mixing Chevy, Nissan, and Land Cruiser springs to get it working. Sometimes you just have to make do with what you have!

Caleb is now 17 and really wants to learn to drive. So I started giving him some lessons, and he is doing very well, so well that we even have a new church member now. Caleb was doing a 19-point turnaround at the end of a dead-end road when someone came out to watch. We invited him to church; he came, got saved and baptized, and is now coming faithfully. Amen!

For Christmas, some Christians in our church decided to do something special for homeless kids in Kigali. It was so great that they organized themselves a time to give food and juice to about 50 kids. Our church member, Vedaste, went and preached, and 12 got saved.

Our young adults also organized to give gifts to our Junior Church kids on Christmas morning. We had 40 kids who got a present that day, and for many, it was really the only present they got.

Thank you all so much for your prayers and support. These 2 months, we saw 41 people trust Christ out soul winning, 2 professions, 1 baptized, and 70 saved through the radio.

In His service,

Gregg, Angela, Caleb, Hannah, Timothy, Virginia, Micah, and Zachery Schoof
