Team Ghana National Pastor Update: Reaching Out in Various WaysThe work continues! Here are more testimonies from several of our national pastors.

Pastor Collins Agyei

“I thank God for the preaching of the Gospel. This month was a blessing to our church. The Gospel was preached to 3 different villages around the lake, and tracts were given out. At the end of the preaching, about 38 souls believed in the Lord, and 6 of them joined our church. We are planning to start a new church at Edwenasi next year. Please pray for us as we are planning to reach that area for Christ. Thank you for your support. God richly bless you.” – Fundamental Baptist Church, Adwafo, Ashanti Region, Ghana [Pastor Agyei graduated from our Bible college in September 2010.]

Pastor Gyasi Boateng

“I preached at the Bantama Information Center, and on my way home, I met 4 teenage girls. [An information center is a neighborhood broadcast system using mounted loudspeakers. It is operated like a small radio station.] They are all Muslim. I used that opportunity to witness to them, and they all trusted Christ as their Saviour. They were very happy to know the truth. Their names are Mariama, Ajalah, Shakina and Rashida.

“A few weeks ago, my uncle died, and we gathered with the family. I got the opportunity to witness to some of my family members that day. I thank God for using me to spread His Word.” – Fundamental Baptist Church, Asawase, Kumasi, Ghana [Pastor Boateng graduated from our Bible college in January 2011.]

Pastor Christian Gafatsi

“I am very grateful to the Lord for using me to lead these teenagers to Christ. I preached the Gospel to them, and they believed in Christ Jesus as their Saviour. Before, they believed their good works and righteousness could take them to Heaven, but after they heard the message, they changed their mind and trusted Christ. Their names are Kwabena, Kofi, Kojo, and Abdul.” – Sogakope, Volta Region, Ghana [Pastor Gafatsi graduated from our Bible college in January 2011. He is starting a new church in Sogakope.]

Pastor Abraham Subui

“This is our children’s ministry. This ministry averages about 70 children, but they do not have a building in which to meet. They always meet under a tree to have their Sunday school service. Pray with us so that the Lord will provide funding for us to build a place for them to meet.

“Deborah, a convert mentioned in a previous update, now is faithful to church on Sundays and Wednesdays. Please let’s pray for her husband’s salvation.” – Salvation Baptist Church, Donkro Nkwanta, Bono East Region, Ghana [Pastor Subui received his bachelor’s degree from our Bible college in February 2020.]
