Team Ghana National Pastor Spotlight: The Truth Is Making a DifferenceThe truth of God’s Word is making a difference! This month’s testimonies are evidence of this fact.

Pastor Otchere Boachie

“A couple weeks ago, I invited Akua Afriyie to our church, and she came to church. Since then, she has been faithful to church. Some weeks ago, she brought her grandchildren to our church, and Brother Evans preached the Gospel to them. I’m asking prayer for them so that they will decide to join our church and grow. (Evans is a soul winner in our church. I led him to Christ about seven years ago.)

“We visited one of our church members who recently joined our church. He introduced his younger brother Kusi to us, and we preached the Gospel to him. He promised to come to church next week.” – Fundamental Baptist Church, Kunsu, Ashanti Region, Ghana [After graduating from our Bible college in February 2018, Pastor Boachie began serving as an evangelist on our church staff. In May 2021, he began pastoring the church in Kunsu.]

Pastor Collins Agyei

“Maakua was a regular member of our church. For the past month she was not attending church regularly. Some days ago, I visited her, and through that, she came to church again. She has promised to stay faithful in church. Let’s pray for her to honor her words.

“I preached at the Abono Information Center. [An information center is a neighborhood broadcast system using mounted loudspeakers. It is operated like a small radio station.] Two people called, and they both promised to come to our church. Please pray that these people will continue to grow in grace. Pray for my family for God’s protection and provision.” – Fundamental Baptist Church, Adwafo, Ashanti Region, Ghana [Pastor Agyei graduated from our Bible college in September 2010.]

Pastor Rexford Aning

“Praise the Lord for my new converts, the Adjei family. After their salvation, I continued to disciple them. When we got to the lesson on baptism, the husband Enoch said, ‘If this is what God says about baptism, then we have even delayed so much. We need to get baptized.’ His wife also agreed to get baptized. She said, ‘I was unwilling to get baptized because I have been baptized already, but after hearing what you taught us, I really need to get baptized because I did not have this understanding [about salvation] when I got baptized previously.’ Brother Enoch is already involved in the information center ministry and village ministry as well. Please pray for their growth in the Lord.” – Fundamental Baptist Church, Fiapre, Sunyani, Ghana [Pastor Aning graduated from our Bible college in June 2012. He started the church in Fiapre in October 2013.]

Pastor Isaac Owusu Ansah

“Maame Alamesi has a Muslim background. I preached the Gospel to her about two years ago. Since then, she has been coming to church regularly and faithfully. She is no longer a Muslim. She has turned her back on Islam and chosen to serve God. This woman is 76 years old. She has been sick for about two months, but she is improving in her health. Let’s continue to pray for her.” – Fundamental Baptist Church, Petrensa, Ashanti Region, Ghana [Pastor Owusu Ansah was reached by our graduates, Pastor Collins Agyei and Pastor Jonas Osei-Owusu. He is currently enrolled in our Bible college.]
