Some weeks ago, I got the opportunity to share the Gospel with him. He believed that a person could get to Heaven by good works, but when I showed him from the Bible, he humbly believed in Christ alone for his salvation. He believed that he could go to Heaven because he is a good man and obeys the commandments, but after the conversation, he believed in Christ. “We were having a burial service for one of our church members, and I preached at the funeral. The response was great.
