Team Ghana National Pastor Spotlight: Answers to PrayerPlease partner with these pastors in prayer. Several give testimonies this month of the power of prayer!

Pastor Paul Aduo

“I met Maame Yaa and her two grown children at her workplace. I preached the Word of God to them, and they eventually were saved. Now they always come to church. My church member Paul Derry is so faithful! He always denies himself and dedicates himself to winning souls and teaching Sunday school for our church.” – Jesus Only Baptist Church, Kunsu, Ashanti Region, Ghana [Pastor Aduo graduated from our Bible college in September 2010. By the way, Pastor Paul is now a newlywed! He lost his first wife to cancer. He was remarried in June! He is pictured on the left with his new bride!]

Pastor Isaac Akwaboah

“I thank God for our soul-winning team. Hundreds of souls are won to Christ each month, and what excites me is the new faces that have been joining our team each month. Just last week, I witnessed to the parents of one of our teenagers; both attend the Church of Pentecost. They asked me so many questions unrelated to salvation, so they did not believe the Gospel. I returned home and prayed for them. The next day, I witnessed to them again; and, praise God, they both accepted Christ!” – City Baptist Church, Nwamase-Agric, Kumasi, Ghana [Pastor Akwaboah graduated from our Bible college in September 2010.]

Pastor Richard Buoh

“Yaw Owusu is the friend of my church member, Odei Stephen. I won Yaw to Christ several years ago, but I had never been able to convince him to come to church. Recently, I made it a matter of prayer. Since God is so good, Yaw came to church on June 10! After church, he told me he wanted to join! He came again and brought his friend Kofi Sarpong, whom my wife had won to Christ. Kofi considered that salvation message to be the greatest message he had ever heard. Kofi also desires to join our church. Amen.” – Fundamental Baptist Church, Trede, Ashanti Region, Ghana [Pastor Buoh graduated from our Bible college in January 2011.]

Pastor George Menyon

“Though we are now in the rainy season in Liberia, the Lord continues to use us to reach people and places with the Gospel. Two weeks ago, our soul winners went to the Palm Hill Community and met a group of young men discussing politics. Our soul winners changed the subject to the Gospel, and 8 of them got saved! Since then, 5 of them have come to church and remained faithful. Please pray for them.” – Grandview Baptist Church, Monrovia, Liberia [Pastor Menyon graduated from our Bible college in September 2009. In July 2011, he returned to Liberia to start a church.]

Pastor David Pentsil

“Brother Collins joined our church in June of last year. He was a drunkard, but because of the teachings from the Bible, he has now stopped drinking. On a recent Sunday morning, Collins brought a friend to church who got saved. Brother Ben, also saved last year, had stopped coming to church. But through prayers and visitation, he has been back in church three weeks in a row!” – Fundamental Baptist Church, Feyiase, Ashanti Region, Ghana [Pastor Pentsil graduated from our Bible college in June 2012.]
