God’s Provisions Through His People

While we were at Oakwood Baptist Church in Flowery Branch, Georgia, a gentleman came up to me asked me if I could use some uniforms. I told him that I could use some. My uniforms were about worn out, and I had been looking in catalogs to order new ones. He said, “I have a uniform company, and I will give you a whole new wardrobe of pants, shirts, coveralls, and jackets.” Weeks later they came in three large boxes all labeled with “Keep the Buses Rolling” and my name on them. What a great blessing that was!

God’s Grace Is Sufficient

In May, the same week my wife was attending her Aunt Elaine’s funeral in Omaha, Nebraska, my nephew in Tampa, Florida, passed away. I flew there to be with my brother and his family. Both Aunt Elaine and Richey knew the Lord. God is so good! Heaven is getting sweeter every day!

God’s Opportunity

I took my wife shopping at Carson’s while we were home in June. As I was sitting on a bench outside the fitting room waiting for my wife, Mr. Gonzales came and sat by me. He also was waiting for his wife. We struck up a conversation, and I was able to share the Gospel with him. He bowed his head and prayed, trusting Christ as his Saviour. What a blessing it was! We went away rejoicing how God brings folks across our paths with whom we can share the good news of the Gospel.

God’s Workings

God allowed us to help 21 churches, traveling 1,368 miles. We helped the mechanics fix 36 buses, not including the ones who called that we were able to help over the phone. It was a blessing to be able to preach 13 times and see many come to the altar making decisions for God’s service.

While we were in Poland, Ohio, at Gospel Baptist Church, we helped Pastor Royalty and his good men fix their buses preparing them for State Inspection. All six buses passed the inspection the first time. Praise the Lord! We also were able to lead 2 of the parents of their bus kids to the Lord, and 1 came to church that Sunday. “To God be the glory; great things He hath done.”

Thank you for your prayers. “. . . The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.” (James 5:16)

Yours for souls,

Warren & Jary Lynn Storm
