Simeon Hudson Prayer Letter: Titus Chapter Two MinistryWhat a joy it is to be in Argentina serving our Lord and representing Him for you. We consider it a privilege to be a part of your missionary family and enjoy contacting you. We are very thankful for your prayers and support. We have been in Argentina for three months and have received a few emails and two cards. We’ve enjoyed each personal contact you’ve made. I received an email from a young man in Connecticut who asked if I remembered him. I responded with eight memories of him and his home and church conference. You are in the journals of our hearts and minds. We pray for you.

This month the Lord, as always, has been so good to us. Susie and Mrs. Young, another missionary wife, have started a Titus Chapter Two Ministry for the young ladies living in the dorm of the seminary. This month He allowed us to be used by Him to lead 20 to saving faith in the Gospel of Christ while out soul winning. We gave 1 assurance, gave 1 a Bible, and stood silently praying as 9 others received Jesus Christ as their personal Saviour.

One Saturday stands out in my mind. I gave a tract to a young man. Across the street I talked for quite a while to a 94-year-old man who wanted to stay in bondage to the traditions of the Catholic church. As I turned to leave, the young man motioned for me to return to his door. He wanted to know more. I gladly showed him that the verses in the church tract were taken from God’s Holy Word, and he received Christ. I rejoice in the fact that many are getting saved, but I am sad that Satan has such a hold on those who still think they must work for their salvation.

Our language studies are progressing. We are able to speak in the present tense and are starting the past tense. I’m sure you are praying for us in this area. Please continue to pray for this, and pray that we will continue to have good health. Neither one of us has been sick. Would you pray for more laborers to come to Argentina? Many will listen, but the laborers are few.

In Christ,

Simeon and Susie Hudson
