Simeon Hudson Prayer Letter: The Family That Prays Together Stays TogetherWe are thankful to be able to report that the Lord is at work here in our hearts and in the hearts of the people. Even though it is vacation time in Argentina, more people are showing up for soul winning, and more people are visiting the church. It is a joy to serve Him and to see Him give the increase. Every day we thank Him for you and pray for you. We are serving with you for His glory.

By the time you read this letter, we will be in our first week of Vacation Bible School. We have a goal of bringing in 150-200 kids. Because the Wordless Book has been used by Him so successfully since we started the program in November, we are going to teach one page of it each day, with the hope that by the last day, many will believe in their heart the glorious Gospel of our Lord. Since our last prayer letter, 8 more kids have received Christ in Sunday school, as we continue to teach the Wordless Book at the end of each class.

During personal soul winning, we were used by Him to lead 5 precious souls to saving faith in the finished work of Christ. Almost everyone here in Argentina thinks that they have to do some work in addition to receiving Christ. This is easily overcome when they see in His Word that this is not true. Have you ever heard the saying, “The family that prays together stays together”? On one occasion this month, the mother received Christ, and as the daughter listened to the Gospel, she received Christ also. On a different day, the daughter was presented the Gospel and received Christ. As the mother listened, she also trusted Christ. We gave 8 Bibles to those who didn’t own the most important Book of all.

Please continue to pray for our health and safety. With God’s help and guidance and your prayers, we will also establish two new churches this month with graduates from the seminary. I will probably send some extra emails this month for immediate prayer as we blitz the two areas with tracts and flyers for the opening services.

In Christ,

Simeon and Susie Hudson
