Simeon Hudson Prayer Letter: So HumbledWith great joy we greet you in the name of Jesus. It is because of Him that we do what we do. He died for us, and we have decided to live for Him. We live our lives according to His Word. In His Word it says to go into all the world and preach the Gospel. With that command we are glad to report that we have established the first independent Baptist church ever in the province of Formosa, Argentina, with Pastor Hipolito Molina, a graduate of the seminary. We have planted another in the province of La Rioja with graduate David Rearte. Both churches are off to a great start with salvations and baptisms. In Formosa I was even allowed to preach the first service. We are so humbled to be used by Him in a way that brings Him all the glory. Pray for these works.

We have a new Spanish teacher who is much younger and is putting in extra time with us. Her parents were missionaries in North Carolina for a few years, and she understands our desire to share the Gospel. Our Father is going to give us the comprehension in His time. Knowing this keeps me sane. There is so much work for us to do here.

As we obediently serve Him, He gives much fruit. In personal soul winning apart from the new churches, we were used by Him to lead one to saving faith in the finished work of Christ. We gave 33 Bibles, including the ones we took to the new church plants.

Please pray for our health and safety, as we are traveling many more miles. Pray that the graduates in November will fulfill His call on their lives. Our goal was to establish two new churches a year with the graduates. The Lord allowed that to happen this year, and I know that He can do more with us and through us as we seek His will. Surely He will give more grace to His servants. Please pray.

In Christ,

Simeon and Susie Hudson
