We send our sincere thanks your way as we continue to do the work He has called us to do. We pray for you constantly and hope your ministries are moving forward according to His will. There is always plenty to do in the ministry. We have cut back to working each week in only two churches, as the work in Monteros has a firm foundation. We continue to visit the other churches and encourage the pastors and their works.
In October, the Lord continued to bless our soul-winning efforts. We saw 6 receive Christ, we stood praying as 3 others received the free gift, and we gave out 12 Bibles. This month we were able to buy several boxes of Bibles, and we plan to buy more before the year’s end. Thanks to a faithful supporter in Elkridge, Maryland, the Bibles are already paid for.
The main church has a Pastors’ Conference this month, and we are praying that the Spirit will touch many hearts and that decisions will be made that will make an eternal difference. Our excitement grows as we pray that a former graduate or one from this year will step out by faith and start a new work. We are so ready! The world needs more Bible-believing churches that teach sound doctrine.
The church where Susie teaches Sunday school just celebrated its 20th anniversary with over 100 in attendance. Pray that we can help make a difference in this dangerous neighborhood. Pray for our health and safety. Pray that folks will want what we have—the peace of God and the love of Christ.
