Ron Back Prayer Letter: God Is So Good!God is so good! It’s hard to believe we have been here in Australia for over 3½ years now. We have seen a lot change in our ministry and in our personal lives. We are praising the Lord for each and every one of you who continue to pray for us and our ministry here in Australia. We recently had a huge change with our prayer letters; we had a sweet young lady named Paige at our home church sending them out to you. Through several children and life changes, she is no longer able to do this for us, and that has caused us a little delay since our last letter. We now have a man named Michael Wooden from our home church taking on the ministry of sending out our prayer letters/ministry updates to you. I beg each of our churches to please be patient if there are any mistakes in pastors’ names or addresses, as there may be a little update-delay issue. Please, if there are any changes that need to be made, email me at ronback@fbmi.org with the changes, and we will make sure the changes are made on our master list.

Our next exciting change this year is that our daughter Mary is officially engaged to Caleb Gonzalez. The wedding is going to be December 30, 2017, here in Australia. Their courtship has been wonderful and pleasing to the Lord and us. If anyone would like to fly over for the wedding, we would love to have you come. Please contact us as soon as possible if this is the case. The wedding plans are beautiful but simple at this point; they are both excited about pleasing the Lord, not putting on a production, as is the custom here. I am looking forward to having my second son-in-law, and I keep teasing Caleb that Andrew is first. We ask everyone to pray for our middle daughter’s wedding and for them to have a wonderful life together serving the Lord.

I would also like to thank each and every church that is faithful to send birthday and anniversary cards. I received about 12 for my birthday and our anniversary this year. When I was in the States, I was a typical man who didn’t understand the importance of cards. Now that I’m on the field, every card, every thought, is precious to me. I love how my wife gets so excited about cards for her, the children, and me. On July 9, my birthday, my gift from the Lord was being able to baptize Mark and Donna and their children. They have done their best and are growing in the Lord. Please pray for the Inglese family to continue to grow and be faithful to church.
