Roberto Tirado Prayer Letter: Vacation Bible SchoolPRAISE

“But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven. And he laid his hands on them, and departed thence.” (Matthew 19:14-15) The precious “little children” of our church and surrounding neighborhood enthusiastically enjoyed Vacation Bible School 2017. Johnny and Adriel, from Neighborhood Bible Time, taught Bible verses, sang songs, and taught valuable lessons to the children.

Our church continues with its goal of getting the Gospel to each home and person in El Café. We minister to both Dominicans and Haitians in our time of visitation. Seventeen precious souls have heard a Gospel message and gladly received Jesus Christ as their personal Saviour since our last prayer letter.

We praise the Lord and thank each one of you who prayed concerning our residency in the Dominican Republic. We were granted temporary residency cards for a period of one year. We were thrilled that we could do the complete process in country, saving us much time and money.

PRAYER

As always, we ask that you pray for our new converts; pray that they would be faithful to God and grow in grace and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Please pray for Patria, a lady we met while on visitation; she has been faithfully attending our Sunday evening and Wednesday evening services. Please pray for Angela and Elisabeth, as they just started another year of homeschooling this week.

GRATITUDE

Angela and I would like to thank each church and individual who sent cards and emails in remembrance of our 30th wedding anniversary. We are appreciative and thankful for your effectual prayers and for your financial support of our ministry and family. You are a great encouragement and blessing as we labor and serve our Saviour together.

For souls
