Roberto Tirado Prayer Letter: Temporary Residency RenewedPRAISE

“Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name. For the LORD is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations.” (Psalm 100:4-5) The Lord is good all the time, and we should enter into His presence with thanksgiving and praise. Angela, Elisabeth, and I are thankful and praising our Lord for having our temporary residencies renewed for another year. We will be required to repeat the process for two more years, and then we will be able to apply for our permanent residency.

The Bible says in Proverbs 18:22, “Whoso findeth a wife findeth a good thing, and obtaineth favour of the LORD.” I would like to thank and praise the Lord for my wife Angela, with whom I will celebrate our 31st anniversary on July 24. She truly has been a great and faithful wife to me.

PRAYER

Please pray for my family, as we will be presenting the Dominican Republic and our ministry to new churches and reporting back to some of our faithful supporting churches. We will be Stateside for a period of seven weeks, starting September 25, 2018. Please pray for traveling mercies as we visit churches in Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio. We greatly desire to be used of the Lord to be a blessing and a help to the pastor and people of each church in which we will serve. Please also pray for our people while we are out of the country.

GRATITUDE

I would like to take this time to thank the ladies of FBMI’s office staff who have been of a great help to my family and me; they include Mona Eason (bookkeeper), Kim Marsack (proofreader), Catherine Beal (media assistant), and our former Chicago lady bus worker, Deborah Ebeling (prayer-letter secretary). Thank you, ladies, for helping us to serve our Lord and the people we reach with the Gospel of Christ! You are very much appreciated.

For souls,

Roberto Tirado
