Roberto and Angela Tirado Prayer Letter: My Hearts Desire Is for My People to Be Saved!PRAISE

Romans 10:1-4, “Brethren, my heart’s desire and prayer to God for Israel is, that they might be saved. For I bear them record that they have a zeal of God, but not according to knowledge. For they being ignorant of God’s righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God. For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth.”

The Lord has been so good to my family and me. Prior to my stroke, we were visiting and distributing Romans Bible portions, and we continue to do so as we are out and about in the community. My heart’s desire continues to be the same after my stroke, and that is the salvation of my people.

When I returned from the hospital, our neighbors cheered God and me as the EMTs helped me up the stairs to our home. Yesterday our neighbor compared God’s healing in my body and mind to the miracle of God raising Lazarus from the dead.

Hurricane Fiona left us unharmed, but without lights and water. We are blessed to have an inverter generator to keep our food and my insulin cold and two water-storage tanks totaling 850 gallons.

PRAYER

Please continue to pray for my health progress, as I have recently seen my neurologist and endocrinologist. I continue to have good blood sugar and blood pressure readings. While my home therapies ended in September, I will also soon have eight more physical and occupational therapies at the VA hospital. Please continue to pray for further healing of my left hand, improved overall coordination, and focus.

We continue to look for a storefront location to rent for our church services.

GRATITUDE

Thank you for your faithful support through prayers and giving during my recovery. Thank you for the many kind cards and emails for our 35th anniversary, Angela’s birthday, and my recovery, all of which were an encouragement to us.
