It has been wonderful to see God work, as only God can, these last couple of months, whether it’s meetings, travel, or little things here and there. God has used so many things to be an encouragement to us and to show us His love.
What’s New?
In January, we ventured on our longest trip so far to a meeting with Pastor Carlo Leto of Salisbury Baptist Temple in Maryland. God truly blessed the missions conference, and we heard many wonderful messages preached by other missionaries.
I always enjoy getting to meet those who have been on the field for years, as well as others just getting started like we are. Pastor Leto kept us very involved at the conference, and there were 11 saved throughout the week! Bro. Ingram, a missionary to Brazil, preached a message about how the boy who gave his lunch to Jesus saw what God could do with what he gave Him. I cannot wait to get to Heaven someday and see how much God did with our “lunch.”
Blessings and Answers to Prayer!
Praise the Lord for 11 saved and several good visits with churches both near and far away. We were able to spend some time with Bro. Koske of Twin Pines Baptist Church in Robins, Iowa, as well as Bro. Graber of Cornerstone Baptist Church in Vinton, Iowa.
All of these churches were such blessings to us, both financially and spiritually. We are excited that four more churches took us on for support!
Goals
As July is right around the corner, please pray that the process of getting our visas and tickets would go smoothly and quickly. We are also moving out of our apartment and living on the road, so our address will be changing to our sending-church’s address: 1700 B Avenue, Suite 204, Cedar Rapids, Iowa 52402. Our next long road trip will be through Kansas, Colorado, and California. Please pray that God will bless these meetings and that we will be an encouragement to these churches and pastors.
