Happy New Year! God was so kind to us last year, and we are looking forward to seeing what God will do this year! We hope you had a great year. Thank you for all the hours you spent in prayer and for the financial sacrifice you invested in us last year. God could not have accomplished all He did if it was not for your generous spirit.
Just recently, we attended our sending church’s Missions Conference in Wildomar, California. It was wonderful to be with my pastor, Bruce Goddard, and the people of Faith Baptist Church. Arianna and I were able to be a part of the church’s Super Saturday Soul Winning during the conference. While knocking on doors, Lucy was the first person we met. She was already saved and attending another church but seemed very interested in making a visit. We also met Pamela, who had just moved into the area and was looking for a church, and Annalee, who was open to the Gospel but did not receive Jesus as her Saviour. At our last door, we met Brad, who was not sure he was going to Heaven. After sharing the Gospel with him, he bowed his head and accepted Christ as His personal Saviour. To God be the glory!
As mentioned in the previous letter, we were scheduled to be in Canada for meetings during this month, but God had a different plan. The night before our flight, our daughter Oakley was running a fever and was not well. Not only was going a bad idea, but God was also in control. I believe God loves our daughter so much that He closed the door for the trip. God was so kind to work on the hearts of the people that He is allowing Arianna and Oakley to go to Canada at another time in March. He also put an understanding heart into the pastors whom I had to call, and we will reschedule our meetings in the future. It saddens my heart that we could not go, but we trust that God is only good. “And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.” (Romans 8:28)
God has been so good to us, and He has been with us in each step we’ve taken as we approach the 2020 Tokyo Olympic trip hosted by our missions agency FBMI. In the fall of 2019, Arianna received her Green Card and is now able to travel to other countries. God’s timing is impeccable! We are so thrilled to see how God has rewarded our faith. Throughout the year, we had many trials and errors of filling out the correct paperwork and could not see the possibility of her making it to the outreach, but God is bigger than all the human errors. We are extremely excited to take part in the furtherance of the Gospel during the 2020 Olympics, essentially sharing the Gospel with the people of other countries as they are coming to one place.
Lord willing, in February, we will be with Pastor McConkey and the people of Liberty Baptist Church of Yuma, Arizona. After our trip to Arizona, I will be leaving Arianna and Oakley in California while I travel to other meetings and conferences. Arianna is expecting our baby boy and is due on May 31.
Please pray for:
1. Arianna’s pregnancy.
2. The salvation of souls.
With God’s love,
Micah and Arianna Bull
