Lawrence Williams Prayer Letter: Christmas Service in New BuildingGreetings From Ghana:

“And they came with haste, and found Mary, and Joseph, and the babe lying in a manger.” (Luke 2:16) My family and I want to thank all of you for your faithful prayers and financial support. We have been honored by so many of you who have expressed kind acts of love to us during this Christmas season.

Christmas Service
We had our midweek service on Wednesday morning, December 25. This was our first service in the new building. The service began with the congregation singing a few Christmas songs. Then the Fundamental Baptist Academy students put on a tremendous Christmas play. A message was shared by Bro. Speer, our team leader; and many folks came forward to pray.

Preaching the Gospel
I was able to preach in one school early in the month, before the schools closed for Christmas Break. There were 750 students who attended the service, and many decisions were made to trust Christ alone for salvation. This month I was also able to preach in two different villages to a total of 1,166 people, and many prayed to receive Christ.

Once again, I want to thank you all for making our Christmas more special by your prayers and giving. We are grateful for all the kind words and gestures we received during the holidays. Thank you all for the difference you make in our lives and the lives of others.

Sincerely,

Lawrence Williams
