Kounaro Keo Prayer Letter: Still Seeing Souls Saved!“O taste and see that the LORD is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him.” (Psalm 34:8)

When you receive this letter, we will be in the States for our six-month furlough. We will be staying at my mother-in-law’s home in Kansas City, Missouri.

Church meetings in Cambodia are still closed, and we do not know when the government will allow us to reopen again. However, I have decided to arrange small group meetings at the church every Sunday, dividing the church into two groups. To practice social distancing, several church members attend only the morning service, while others just attend our night service. In spite of this lockdown, the Lord is still blessing us with many opportunities to see souls saved.

For example, the picture below is of a man and his daughter. The man’s name is Pov, and his daughter’s name is Sokia. I have known this man for over two years now. His older sister is a member of our church. She has asked our church to pray continually for Pov’s salvation. I have seen him many times and talked to him about the Lord, and he would listen each time. He pretty much understood that there is a living God and Creator of the universe and that there is a Heaven and a Hell. However, he did not want to get saved. Two weeks before we left Cambodia, Pov decided to make the decision to accept Jesus into his heart. So in my office, I spent over an hour talking to him and his daughter. Praise the Lord for their salvation!

Thank you again for your faithfulness in prayer and financial support. God bless.

For Christ’s sake,
