Holly and I celebrated our 13th wedding anniversary at the end of May. It’s hard to believe that it has been 13 years already, but as we reflected on all that God has done in our lives, we were astounded at His amazing mercy and grace. God has been very, very good to us and our boys. All that God has blessed us with has left our hearts rejoicing in Psalm 89:16, “In thy name shall they rejoice all the day . . . .” God has brought us through so many joys and sorrows, triumphs and problems, victories and defeats, and so much more; it is amazing how He loves us as sinners saved by grace. God sure does take care of His children!
While out soul winning in New Jersey, we met a man named Fred. He noticed us as we knocked on his neighbor’s door and began talking with us. He didn’t go to church, but he had a good friend who went to the church we were soul winning with. Fred was very open but had a distorted view of God and church with his Catholic background. He mentioned to me that he wasn’t sure about religion, and I told him I wasn’t religious. I then told Fred how I wasn’t there to promote a religion but rather a relationship with God through Jesus Christ. Fred didn’t get saved that day, but he promised me he would go to church with his friend. Pray that Fred will go and see that becoming a child of the King is the most important thing in his life!
As I talked with Fred, my wife was making a visit with a lady who attended the church we were visiting with. She had been saved and baptized but needed some encouragement to become a member of the church. She was going to go forward at the next service to join. I thank God for a wife who enjoys serving God!
1. Visas – We are getting ready to apply for our visas but are waiting for a few documents to get returned to us.
2. Support – Several churches have told us they were going to partner with us while with them for conferences or meetings. We’ve received several calls, too, from churches either adding us to their missions family or increasing our support! At the time of this writing, we need about $600 more per month.
3. Safety as we travel
Thank you for your faithfulness, prayers, and support! We are praying for you!
Yours for the souls of England,
Justin, Holly, David, Jonathan, Nathan, and Baby Boy Williams
