OUR PRAISES
We are thankful to finally have an opportunity to update you all on how God continues to bless in the desert of Mexico. We have truly been so unbelievably busy! Recently, we were blessed to receive hundreds of Bibles and thousands of John & Romans booklets. Right away, we began to make up Gospel packets to hand out while we are out soul winning. Even when someone is not willing to listen to the message of the Cross at their door, most of them are more than happy to take one of the packets with God’s Word inside. So, sometimes we are planting, and sometimes we are reaping; but without a doubt, we know that it is God Who gives the increase!
About a year ago, I mentioned three young children who were removed by their parents from the children’s home. Natalie, Mauricio, and Angel were taken to work in a brickfield with the family. For many months, I was unable to locate them. Thankfully, just this last week while taking people home from church, my kids pointed out that they saw Mauricio running through a field. I followed him and was able to find his family. The family is extremely poor, living in a little shack made from wood and cardboard boxes. After talking for a while with their parents, they expressed interest in maybe placing the children back in the children’s home. This is a big answer to many of our prayers. Please pray for these three precious children.
OUR PLANS
Besides church planting, another goal of ours is to receive needy children from homes that are completely destroyed. Some of these are homes destroyed by sin, prostitution, alcohol, and drugs. Our children’s home has grown to 17 now, and we continue to get calls regularly from pastors all over Mexico asking for us to take in children who are neglected. If anyone has a desire to sponsor one of our children, don’t hesitate to contact us. As God provides the finances, we are more than blessed to be able to take these children in and give them our love and the love that we receive from Christ.
OUR PRAYERS
• Please pray for the physical and spiritual needs of Natalie, Mauricia, and Angel.
• Pray for more laborers on the mission field. Many souls are just waiting for someone to open God’s Word and point them to the Saviour.
