Jon Wrightson Prayer Letter: People Are Seeking for AnswersFamily

It is amazing how fast time goes by on deputation. The family is doing well.

Soul Winning

There is nothing like being privileged to share God’s love with the world. Too often we see it as a chore, but we should look at it as an honor. I am so often amazed at how many people are seeking answers; the problem is that they are looking in the wrong places. I met Logan, a young Marine who has been diagnosed with cancer and has to get out of the Marine Corps. He and his young wife are looking for answers in everything but God, not because they don’t believe, but because they are ignorant of Him. No one has ever told them about our Saviour. I had the privilege of sharing the wonderful grace of God with Logan. Please pray for this young man who served our country. He goes in for surgery next month to have the cancer removed.

Travels

We happened to be near Durham to attend Fellowship Baptist Church for their Anniversary Service in April. What a great service it was. Many souls walked the aisle and trusted Christ as their Saviour. It was great being able to spend a little time with my pastor, Rick Finley, and the dear members of Fellowship Baptist Church. Our kids also went to their annual Youth Conference and were able to see their friends and hear some great preaching. God is so good to us. Thank you again for your prayers.
