Jon and Misty Wrightson Prayer Letter: Ministering to Military FamiliesFamily

Things are going well with the family. Everyone is healthy and looking forward to the warm weather. Thank you for your continued prayers and support for our family.

Soul Winning

I had the privilege of preaching at a Christian school in the area last month, and a young man in the third grade trusted Christ as his Saviour. While out soul winning in the Swansboro area, I met a gentleman who had moved here to care for his aging father. He served as a firefighter in New Jersey and now serves as a firefighter here in our area. Victor trusted Christ as His Saviour. The young man who got saved a few weeks back has been meeting with me on Thursday evenings for discipleship. There is nothing quite like answering the questions of a young Christian.

Ministry

The new building has truly been a godsend. We are perfectly located in the middle of many good-sized neighborhoods full of young military families looking for hope and guidance. I love serving in an area where I can reach our military families; they sacrifice so much for our freedoms. I hope you had a wonderful Memorial Day and found a way to honor those who gave the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom to preach the Word of God.
